Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable first impressions? The Galt House Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Bellperson to join our team.

As a Bellperson, you will be one of the first and last faces our guests see. You play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting with luggage, offering helpful information, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.

What Youll Do

* Serve as the welcoming face of the Galt House Hotel, creating positive and lasting first impressions

* Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide hospitable, professional, and personalized service

* Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms

* Share local knowledge, including nearby restaurants, entertainment, and attractions

* Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, meeting rooms, and dining options

* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional curbside and work area

* Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned

Working Conditions

* Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling carts, and lifting luggage

* Active role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Physical Requirements

* Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds

* Reach heights of up to 6 feet

* Remain in a stationary position for up to 1 hour at a time

* Perform continuous physical movement throughout the shift
