Laboratory Director — Molecular Diagnostics & Compliance

A leading laboratory services provider in Louisville, KY is seeking a qualified lab director to oversee the technical aspects of their CAP accredited Molecular Diagnostics Lab. Responsibilities include creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing lab personnel, and ensuring compliance with CAP and CLIA regulations. The ideal candidate holds a doctoral degree in a relevant field and has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.

This role can be offered as full-time or part-time, with a focus on improving lab efficiency and safety protocols.
