Overview
The Clinical Director, licensed as an LCSW or LPCC, leads the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program within a Behavioral Health Services Organization, ensuring high-quality, compliant care aligned with CARF standards.
Responsibilities- Provide overall program management, supervise staff, and foster a collaborative treatment environment.
- Conduct clinical assessments, deliver individual, group, and family counseling, and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate in leadership, quality improvement, and strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications include an active KY LCSW or LPCC license, behavioral health experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with BHSO and CARF standards preferred.
