Village Behavioral Health is a psychiatric residential treatment center that offers a full spectrum of treatment options for children and adolescents ages 9-17. We use nature as part of our therapeutic process and are located in Louisville, TN on the Tennessee River, spread over 65 wooded acres.

$15.82 to $19.34/hour depending on education level and experience

• FT Day Shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, with rotating weekends
• FT Evenings 4:00 pm - 12:00 am, with rotating weekends
• FT Nights 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, with rotating weekends
• PRN (as needed) with a flat rate of $14.00/hour plus shift differentials

Shift diffs range from $1.25 to $4.00 per hour.

• Providing direct care and close supervision of facility patients and documenting behavior
• Developing positive, healthy relationships with patients and co-workers
• Following facility policies & procedures, implementing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention as necessary
• Act as a positive and healthy role model in using appropriate counseling skills by de-escalating aggression, using active listening skills, using appropriate tone and volume of voice, providing a high frequency and variety of positive reinforcements, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and promoting a positive peer culture

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, 7-year criminal background screen, fingerprint screen, MVR screen, work history and reference check
