Overview
Seeking motivated clinicians to join a community re-entry program for adult survivors of brain injury, offering residential and outpatient services. Services include customized day treatment, counseling, behavioral, physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Responsibilities- Provide therapy sessions in the community, client residences, and treatment center.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure skill carryover and maximize independence for clients.
- Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP).
- CPR certification.
- Ability to relocate to Frankfort, KY.
- Contract (1099) position.
- Full-time hours with a flexible schedule.
- Pay ranging from $45-$60/hour.
