Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of experience with McKesson is required from any number of months.

• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Health Trust Program - University of Louisville (UofL) and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - University of Louisville (UofL).

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program:
Health Trust Program - University of Louisville (UofL) and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - University of Louisville (UofL).

Additional Details:

Cannot have any of the following background hits:

Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years of working experience as a Cath Lab Tech;
McKesson & Cerner Experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Structure heart experience

Unit/Facility Details:

• Will consider candidates without Mckesson, Census or Cerner experience. Online training can be provided
• Doesn’t need active KY License at the time of submission but MUST provide proof that the traveler has applied for the KY License (confirmation page).

  1-2 weekends call requirements during 6-week schedule
• On call required. Call Requirements:
  Call during the week 6:30pm - 7am next day. Weekend call 7a Saturday to 7a Monday

Floating Requirements:

• Float Requirements: EP Lab
• All travelers will need rotate to cover the UofL Cath lab.

10 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification RCIS

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
