Overview
Seeking a dedicated individual passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in need.
Education- Graduate degree in counseling or social work from an accredited program; licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC preferred. Associate levels considered.
- Must meet regulation requirements per 902 KAR 20:430.
- Experience in managed care environments, including service planning, clinical pathways, discharge planning, and case management.
- Pass background checks and drug test.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Providing individual and family counseling in home, school, or community settings.
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress.
- Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with staff and community partners.
- Supporting family program development, managing risks, and providing staff training.
- Participating in supervision and continuing education as required.
