Responsibilities
The role of the Expressive Art Therapist is to provide expressive therapy for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of psychosocial needs of patients and families, utilizing age appropriate principles of growth and development for patients. Acts as an advocate for the patients and families; demonstrates professional clinical/development competency; performs other related duties. Provides professional in-services for new and current staff.
This is a grant funded position

QualificationsRequired:
- Master Degree
- Registered Art Therapist Board Certified AND One of: PATA or PAT
Desired:
- One year in medical and grief counseling
- Professional Art Therapist OR Professional Art Therapists Associate
