Job Description:
The Brook – Dupont is a 88-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for adolescents, adults and seniors.
Our specialized treatment services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of highly trained psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, nurses, pastoral counselors and activity therapists.

Job Duties /ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Therapist is a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team working with our adolescent, chemical‑dependent population. Major job functions include: obtaining psycho‑social assessments; conducting family/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per hospital policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; performing marketing functions as assigned; assisting in the maintenance of the program environment in compliance with policies of safety and security;
ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.

Education & License / Certification:
Required:
Master’s Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences.
Required:
Must be licensed or under supervision in the state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP).
Experience:
Preferred:
One to three years inpatient behavioral health work. Preferred:
Experience working with chemical‑dependent adolescents in a clinical setting.
