Caring Senior Service of Louisville | Staffing & Scheduling Manager—Louisville, KY | Full-Time | $36,000/year + Bonus. Lead with Experience. Support with Heart. Make a Difference Every Day. At Caring Senior Service of Louisville, we believe the strongest leaders are those who understand caregiving firsthand. We’re looking for an experienced caregiver or CNA who’s ready to step into a leadership role that blends coordination, mentorship, and hands-on support.

Recruit, Train & Support Caregivers:
Hire, onboard, and mentor caregivers to build a dependable care team. Coordinate Care & Scheduling:
Match caregivers with clients and manage daily schedules to ensure continuity of care. Support Client Care Plans:
Assist with onboarding and ensure care plans are followed consistently. Build Relationships With Families:
Communicate proactively and address concerns with compassion and professionalism. Provide Hands-On Care When Needed:
Step in to assist with ADLs, companionship, or meals to keep care uninterrupted.

• 5 years of senior caregiving experience required (CNAs strongly encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A compassionate leader who supports caregivers and clients alike
• Comfortable using basic computer and scheduling systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-Call:
  Rotating evenings/weekends
• Pay: $36,000 annually + bonus structure
• Mileage Reimbursement & Paid Time Off (PTO)
