Nazareth At Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals residing  a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care.

• Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
• Helping with general light housekeeping.
• Making arrangements for or providing transportation as needed.
• Observing and reporting on a patient’s condition.
• Keeping up with in‑service training.
• Entering patients’ records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures; reporting any changes in patients’ physical condition and/or behavior, and reporting any changes to the supervisor.

• Reliable transportation with car insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• In‑home caregiving experience supporting elderly clients with ADLs.
• Experience creating a safe, effective environment.
• Listening, analyzing information, and focusing on quality.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Physical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs. while avoiding potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Any state‑mandated certification.
• Must have a valid in‑state driver’s license, provide current registration and insurance, and have a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years.
