This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Administrator with Surgery Center Experience, based in Louisville, KY. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, make strategic decisions for the center, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgets, and resources, working closely with physicians and healthcare partners, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care. Additionally, the Administrator will implement policies and procedures to optimize operations and profitability.
Qualifications- Leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing staff and maintaining collaborative work environments
- Strong knowledge of healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, and budgeting
- Experience with surgery center operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and patient care coordination
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team‑building abilities
- Proficiency in using healthcare‑related software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a leadership role within an ambulatory surgery center or outpatient healthcare setting is highly desirable
