Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Aptiva Health is a rapidly expanding multi-specialty medical group specializing in acute injuries with busy out‑patient Physical Therapy clinics. We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to start their career and have an impact on patient care. This is a full‑time position located in Louisville, KY.

Physical Therapist Technician

Supports physical therapy care delivery by preparing treatment area, patient, equipment, and materials; performs procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist.

• Assist with sanitization of therapy equipment
• Improve communication and patient engagement
• Improve overall patient satisfaction
• Improve office communication between administration and therapy teams
• Assist with patient care and physical therapy treatment plan, including exercise instruction and verbal cueing on ergonomics/postural techniques
• Schedule patients
• Scan appropriate documents into computer system
• Issue and fit DME
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
