Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care following the individualized PT Plan of Care (POC) including assessment, treatment, plan, progression of a home exercise program, patient education, and communication to maximize the patient’s progress towards achieving the functional goals set by the evaluating PT.
Required
- PTA license in good standing with KY Board of Physical Therapy
- Must work well with people

- Must be able to transfer patients safely
- Visual and auditory acuity for frequent use of computer and telephone and occasional use of other office equipment
- Lift / carry (including moving equipment) up to 50 pounds
- Occasional stress from balancing workload and multiple tasks
- Well lit and ventilated, with non-hazardous and hazardous equipment
- Category III: involves exposure to blood borne pathogens and may encounter chemical hazards
- Extreme cold, heat and noise due to environments at athletic functions
- Minimal exposure to communicable diseases
