Responsibilities
The role of the Physical Therapist is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs for patients aged neonate/infant (birth to 1 year), pediatric (1-12 years), adolescent (12-18), adult (18-65 years), and geriatric (over 65 years); maintains documentation on patient treatments. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, assess, plan, and implement treatment according to the findings. Addresses educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers;
manages patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations; acts in a clinical leadership role; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.

Required:
