We are seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk / Patient Services Representative to join our pediatric office. This role is the first point of contact for patients and families and helps create a positive experience for every visit.

• Greet patients and families and answer phones
• Schedule appointments and verify patient and insurance information
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Communicate with clinical staff and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort working with children
