RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, a national leader in clinical nutrition consulting, is seeking a full-time,
on-site Registered Dietitian to support a community-based geriatric care program in Indiana. This role offers a consistent schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and quality of life.
Type: Full-time, on-site
Setting: Community-based geriatric care
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday during standard business hours
Compensation: $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
Travel: Travel time is paid at the hourly rate and mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate
10 days of PTO annually
5 federal holidays off

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans tailored to medical needs, cultural preferences, and patient goals
- Provide patient and family education on nutrition, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document all care provided in accordance with facility and company policies
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks as required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related accredited field
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with electronic charting systems
- Understanding of state and federal regulations related to nutrition care
