You’ll Be a Great Fit
- 1-2 years of caregiver experience, ideally in in-home care
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently while following care plans
- Empathetic, patient, kind, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
- Values creating enjoyable experiences with clients
- Comfortable using basic caregiver app and technology
- Flexible availability, primarily weekdays and openness to evenings and weekends
- Driver’s license preferred but not required
- Committed to completing all pre-screening requirements
- Provide comfort, companionship, and personalized support that makes a real difference
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s), including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare snacks and meals to meet individual needs
- Encourage and assist with movement activities to support mobility and engagement
- Provide basic housekeeping tasks
- Transport clients to appointments, social activities, or community events, if approved driver
- Perform additional duties as assigned
