What you'll do

● assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and mobility needs

● provide encouragement and emotional support

● help residents move safely in and out of bed, chairs or wheelchairs

● escort or transport residents to appointments and activities

● observe, monitor and report changes in health, behavior or needs

● document care provided and follow established protocols

● attend ongoing educational in-services

● must be 18 years or older

● ability to remain observant and detail-oriented

● successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
