We are a small family-owned hair salon located in Grand Cayman. Our atmosphere is professional yet casually-family oriented. We seek a candidate experienced with high-profile clients and celebrities. Our client base includes 50% locals and 50% hotel guests and tourists, with frequent weddings and group events.

• Provide knowledgeable consultation to clients to determine the best hairstyle/color
• Perform haircutting techniques, including trims, layers, and texturizing
• Perform hair coloring methods such as highlights, ombre, and balayage
• Conduct chemical treatments like keratin and split ends treatment
• Style hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos
• Apply hair extensions such as tape-in, bonds, and wefts
• Create hairstyles for weddings and special events
• Upsell clients on products and services
• Develop ongoing relationships with clients
• Maintain a clean station and sanitize all tools
• Follow all salon policies and procedures

• At least 5 years of current experience as a stylist
• Relevant qualification/certification in hairstyling and beauty, with recent professional development
• Strong knowledge of latest trends and treatments, including keratin and hair extensions
• Experience creating formal hairstyles for weddings and events
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints
• Excellent people skills, a calm and positive personality
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Must hold a clean police record, valid driver’s license, and have own vehicle

The salary is commission-based, supplemented with gratuities and statutory benefits as required by law.
