Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead accounting advisory services and provide strategic financial guidance to small and mid-sized organizations. This role involves working directly with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions, including forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and operational decision-making support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building financial models and a proven ability to navigate diverse industries, such as construction or healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fractional CFO services, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Guide clients on operational strategies and help them achieve their business objectives.
- Manage relationships with multiple clients, supporting their financial planning and reporting requirements.
- Utilize expertise in KPI reporting to deliver actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with clients in industries such as construction or healthcare to address specific financial challenges.
- Ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes across diverse platforms.
- Occasionally visit client locations while maintaining a flexible remote or hybrid work schedule.
- Deliver high-level corporate strategy recommendations to drive growth and sustainability for client businesses.
- Report directly to senior leadership, providing updates on client progress and advisory services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing CFO or financial advisory role.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in building and utilizing financial models for strategic planning.
- Familiarity with multiple financial systems and platforms.
- Industry experience in construction or healthcare is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting with occasional client visits.
