About the RoleThe Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the lead in transforming and scaling one of its portfolio companies, a facilities services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial and business plans, and providing in-depth analysis, insights, and guidance to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the CFO will play a key role in the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis, and will be instrumental in the company's growth through both inorganic and organic methods.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial and business plans; provide in-depth analysis, insights, and guidance to the Board of Directors; participate in the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis; contribute to the company's growth strategy through both inorganic and organic methods.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, particularly within the services industry. A mix of accounting and FP&A experience is preferred, and experience as the top financial leader of a $100mm-$200mm services company or as the number two financial leader within a larger enterprise with revenue of $250mm-$1B is highly valued. Experience in private equity and M&A is a key requirement, with 15+ years of progressive career success.
The role requires someone who can honor the company's past while driving it into the future, and who is prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve the transformation and scale. Travel:
