About The Role:
The Performance Reporting Team is responsible for daily account maintenance, data validation, and support of performance reporting platforms. Our focus is on the integrity of our data supporting Private Wealth Management advisors and their clients. Our team members have a range of technical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills and are comfortable working with large data sets, in addition to the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels.
TheImpact You'll Make:
- Serve as a subject matter resource for Financial Advisors, Client Specialists, and internal partners, providing high-quality support across performance-related platforms, workflows, and procedures.
- Resolve complex process and branch issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency in error resolution.
- Apply your deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, operational processes, regulations, and systems to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
- Support vendor relationships by managing escalations, identifying opportunities for enhancements, and coordinating release testing.
- Leverage data analysis to monitor process efficiency, proactively identify data integrity exceptions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness initiatives to enhance client service and mitigate risk.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and contributing to associate development.
- Participate in project teams as a subject matter expert, coordinating testing and analysis to support successful outcomes.
- Partner with various Baird business units to advance firm-wide and Operations initiatives.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Baird’s products, processes, systems, financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations to consistently deliver on business goals.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred – Business, Finance, or Accounting are ideal majors. 3 + yeas of relevant financial services experience are advantageous.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn SQL/Power BI
- SIE & Series 99 licensed or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to perform complex problem solving.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments; work under pressure and within deadlines and produce accurate, high-quality results.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Passion for providing high-value client service.
- Ability to work independently and effectively, relating to others to accomplish work responsibilities and objectives.
- Diverse understanding of operational procedures and processes.
