What You’ll Own
  • Maintain the general ledger and lead month‑end close activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
  • Reconcile Mortgage Automator with accounting records to ensure complete and accurate loan and servicing data.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Mortgage Automator to align with MM Lending workflows.
  • Manage recurring borrower interest payments, cash accounts, and line‑of‑credit activity.
  • Support automation initiatives, including RPA and workflow enhancements across finance and loan operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for internal teams.
  • Oversee tax information reporting, including 1099 and 1098 compliance.
  • Provide analytical support to asset management and underwriting teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong accounting skills with hands‑on experience in financial reporting.
  • Experience with loan origination or servicing systems preferred;
    Mortgage Automator experience is a plus.
  • Comfort with system configuration, data reconciliation, and workflow design.
  • High‑level analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency:
    Power BI experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data and system needs clearly.
