Finance Manager – RV & Boat Financing

Location:

On-Site at My Financing USA, Louisville, KY. Remote considered for established and proven performance record.

We are a growing organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to guide customers seamlessly from application to closing. The Finance Manager serves as the primary customer liaison, managing the financing process, from initial application and sales consultation through documentation, compliance, and final closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage prospective customers, answer inquiries, and professionally guide them through the loan and F&I process.
  • Consultatively present and confidently explain protection products, including Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs) and other service contracts.
  • Utilize discovery questions to accurately match coverage options to specific customer needs and circumstances.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and complete loan files in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate loan applications, verify all required documentation, and manage the collection of any additional necessary requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards throughout the process.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the closing process, including scheduling closing dates, monitoring rate expirations, and managing contingencies.
  • Conduct loan closings, clearly explain all documentation, obtain necessary signatures.
  • Collaborate effectively with external lenders, internal underwriters, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan approvals.

  • Can confidently manage a high volume of customers and multiple competing deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven strength in customer communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strong sales-driven mindset supported by documented success or clear potential for growth in a sales environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective follow-through, and strong time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple loan files and customer interactions concurrently.
  • Strong skills with using computers and comfortable learning software systems.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Prior experience with F&I products or service contracts.
  • Familiarity with the banking, lending, or specialized RV/Marine finance industries.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, or cross-selling techniques.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work for prolonged periods at a computer station.
  • Occasional ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
