• Process high-volume invoices, checks, and electronic payments across multiple platforms.
• Resolve vendor payment discrepancies and maintain strong internal/external communication.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations monthly/quarterly.
• Cross-train across AP functions and collaborate on process improvements.
• Handle specialized AP tasks like liquor/utility invoices, petty cash, corporate card transactions, and annual 1099 processing.
• Support store AP needs, including invoice resolution and vendor compliance.
• Manage fixed asset AP, ensuring accurate capital purchase processing and depreciation setup.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to optimize payment terms and digital invoicing.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
  
  1+ year in Accounts Payable (high-volume environment a plus).
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel; ERP experience preferred (Basware, D365, Fintech, Concur a bonus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
