Location:

Louisville, Kentucky. This direct hire role is tailored for a finance professional with at least five years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting and hands‑on exposure to manufacturing or facility environments. With a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite), the position offers an opportunity to lead site‑level financial reporting, collaborate with plant operations, and dig into SAP data to influence real decisions.

• Lead monthly financial close and variance analysis
• Partner with site leadership to track KPIs and operational metrics
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital project planning
• Ensure product costing accuracy and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Translate complex SAP data into actionable business insights
• Contribute to cost‑reduction and process efficiency initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or external reporting
• Manufacturing or facilities experience is required
• Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision‑making
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000, based on experience
