Responsibilities- Indirect Taxes
- Support the processing of data used to complete the required Sales & Use Tax filings throughout North America.
- Work with external tax service providers to ensure the timely filing of various tax filings and prepare some filings internally (e.g., capital, property tax, sales & use, excise, etc.).
- Work with the legal department to ensure the accuracy of information required for business registrations and annual reports.
- Unclaimed Property
- Manage the data collection activity for Unclaimed Property compliance filings annually.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure data and process compliance with local regulations.
- Automate and standardize the process where applicable.
- Process/File the applicable Unclaimed Property reports.
- Federal and State Tax Compliance
- Assist the team in the calculation of the following:
- Fixed Assets
- Unicap
- Transfer Pricing
- Research and Development
- Assist the team in the calculation of the following:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Accounting, preferably with a concentration in tax.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in public tax accounting, preferably working toward a CPA license.
- Hands‑on, self‑motivated individual with the ability and desire to create new or improve existing processes and documentation.
- Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel and Word. SAP and Oracle experience is a plus.
- Desire to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
