Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment and build genuine relationships.
• Answer phones, complete program registrations, membership sales, and proficiently perform all membership functions in the membership software system.
• Using good listening skills, deliver member-focused tours to potential new members and provide excellent service to active members.
• Strong organizational, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills desired.
• The ability and willingness to learn, multi-task with good problem-solving skills, along with excellent customer service/sales skills are essential.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred minimum Age 21+.
