We’re partnering with an award-winning, employee-owned (ESOP) engineering firm seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join the Louisville office. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the Vice President to execute regional growth initiatives while maintaining the highest technical standards on a portfolio of challenging and impactful geotechnical projects.

• Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and technical excellence
• Provide design and analysis for foundations, slopes, earth retention systems, settlement, and ground improvement
• Collaborate closely with the VP and regional leadership to support business development and growth strategy
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
• Prepare clear, high-quality reports and proposals for clients and stakeholders
• Support operational improvements and best practices across the Louisville geotechnical team

• PE license (KY or ability to obtain)
• 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Proven technical expertise in foundation systems, slopes, earthworks, and soil-structure interaction
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with interest in supporting growth initiatives and mentoring team members
• Enthusiasm for technically interesting and challenging projects
