This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager based in Albany, OR. The role involves designing and developing mechanical systems and equipment using computer-aided design (CAD) tools, overseeing the execution of projects from inception to completion, and working collaboratively across teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. The employee will also support research and development efforts and contribute to constant innovation in creating and enhancing TEKFAB's range of products.

• Strong skills in Mechanical Engineering, including solving technical challenges and system analysis
• Proficient in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to produce functional and efficient designs
• Experience in Project Management, with the ability to organize, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve product lines
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment in the metal forming industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required
• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD software and project management tools
