Revit Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Technician to support project managers and engineers in the preparation of construction documents. This role involves collaborating closely with team members to create 3D models and 2D details using Revit. Responsibilities also include assisting in the development and upkeep of typical details and company drafting standards.

- Assist in developing and maintaining typical details and company drafting standards.
- Proficiency in Revit with 5 years of experience.
- Experience in structural or architectural design.
- Associate degree in architecture or construction.
Skills & Qualifications
- BIM Modeling is a plus.
- Experience in structural or architecture is preferred.
- Capable, accurate, and proficient modeler and detailer.
The position is primarily office-based, working alongside a team of three other members, two with 3 years of experience and one with 20 years. The role offers the flexibility to work on multiple projects and the opportunity to visit job sites. The company provides profit sharing, bonuses, vacation and holiday pay, continuing education, and licensing support. There is also the possibility of relocation assistance and support for opening a new office in another location.
Employees are entitled to 3 weeks of PTO and holiday pay.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
