This role involves working with the Power Generation Business Sector on primarily Power Generation projects and, when needed, other regional projects within the Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic regions. The successful candidate will perform both design and monitoring tasks under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer, located in the Louisville, KY office. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

• Develop site grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic, utility design, and access road plans.
• Create geotechnical investigations, permit applications (earth disturbance, building, land development, high occupancy, etc.), construction drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.
• Prepare construction cost estimates, support owner’s engineer during construction, conduct field investigations, and perform daily/weekly construction inspections.
• Perform earthwork construction quality control, compaction testing, concrete testing, ESC and SWPPP inspections, and environmental monitoring.
• Travel to project sites as needed, primarily in the Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic regions.

• Minimum 2 years of related engineering experience.
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (any discipline).
• Completed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and hold an engineer‑in‑training (EIT) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work indoors in an office setting, including extended periods of computer work.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching; ability to lift 10–20 pounds.
• Travel for meetings, training, or business purposes.
