Our client, a respected multi disciplinary consulting firm, is seeking a Site Design Project Manager to support growth across municipal infrastructure and private development projects in the Greater Louisville market.
Role Overview:
The position leads site design efforts for a range of project types, municipal improvements, mixed use developments, commercial sites, and public private partnerships. This includes managing project teams, coordinating with reviewing agencies, and ensuring high quality deliverables from planning through construction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple municipal and private site development projects
- Lead engineering design for grading, utilities, drainage, stormwater, and construction documents
- Oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Coordinate with local jurisdictions, permitting agencies, and internal design groups
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
- 6+ years in civil/site design or municipal engineering
- PE license in Kentucky or Indiana (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of water lines, sanitary systems, roadway elements, and stormwater management
- Familiarity with Kentucky and Southern Indiana communities
- Established firm with strong municipal and private sector relationships
- Diverse project load and long term stability
