JQOL is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer. We are actively looking for a great candidate to join our growing company. The successful candidate will work with a team to ensure projects are designed in accordance with current manuals and specifications, as well as following accepted industry practices and procedures.

The chosen applicant will be involved in project management, client relations, staff allocation, plan development, and detailed calculations. We need team members who are versatile, enthusiastic, and highly team-oriented.

The position is open to recent Professional Engineers with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the Indianapolis or Louisville area.

• Manage project financial performance, oversee staff, perform CAD design, prepare plan details, technical specifications, estimates, quantity calculations, technical reports, permitting, shop drawing review, and engineering analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the JQOL design team, design partners, and clients.
• Gain valuable experience in civil engineering within Indiana and the Midwest.

• 4-year degree in civil engineering with 4-6 years of related experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer license in Indiana or Kentucky required.
• Experience with site design is required.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / Civil 3D and a desire to continue learning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
