Our Operations Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing electrical installation subcontractor bids for small, medium, and large-scale material handling systems. They will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to develop RFQ, solicit bids and evaluate subcontractor quotes to support customer proposals.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Confer with sales engineers, project managers, customers, and others to discuss and understand project specifications, scope and design requirements.
- Prepare RFQ for electrical installation INA project requirements including drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Aid in the development of customer proposals and pricing estimates.
- Work to assigned bid due dates and proposal completion deadlines.
- Work with company provided pricing tools and assist in the improvement and enhancement of those tools.
- Work with subcontractors to acquire comprehensive quotes in a timely manner mutations?
- Schedule proposal reviews with subcontractors and internal departments. l>
