Project Architect
OverviewWe are looking for a talented Project Architect to join our dynamic team this role, you will lead the design process from concept through construction, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop schematic designs and design development documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients and represent the firm professionally.
- Direct and coordinate the production of construction documents.
- Collaborate with engineering consultants throughout all project phases.
- Lead project coordination meetings and ensure alignment across disciplines.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits and RFIs.
- Support marketing initiatives, including client presentations and proposals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Teams.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, specifications, and building systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Senior Care or Multi‑Family projects.
- Architectural licensure (or actively pursuing licensure).
- Location:
Louisville office, specializing in multi‑family, hospitality, and senior living projects. - Onsite Requirement:
First 6 months onsite; remote flexibility available afterward. - Team:
