Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Location: Louisville, KY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do
  • Learn and master our drafting process for custom machinery.
  • Create precise 3D models and fabrication drawings for specialized equipment.
  • Deliver accurate approval drawings and fabrication details, including necessary calculations.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of our product lines and standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: 2-year technical degree or 4-year engineering degree.
  • Strong foundation in trigonometry, algebra, and geometry.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent visualization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with 3D modeling.
  • Quick learner when it comes to mechanical components.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
