• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of all applicable electrical codes / standards including but not limited to UL508A, NEC, NFPA
  79, SCCR rating
• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of wiring and operation of electrical components including but not limited to PLCs, VFDs, transformers, power supplies, safety relays, control relays, pilot devices, push button/selector switches, circuit breakers, fuses, phase monitors, contractors, overload relays.
• Familiarity with a variety of manufacturers electrical components
• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of electrical circuitry including but not limited to power distribution, motor controls, AC/DC high voltage, AC/DC low voltage, relay logic, emergency stop
• Proficient at interpreting electrical schematics / layout drawings
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficient at identifying electrical and mechanical design defects or poor workmanship.
• Maintain quality documentation files of completed procedures
• Strictly adhere to quality control procedures and processes.
• Develop quality control standardized work procedures and processes for electrical panels.
• Teach and train existing panel technicians how to qualify their own electrical panel work safely.
• Communicate panel non-conformances with appropriate Panel Team Lead/Panel Technician
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing ladders
• Must be able to perform all required tasks in a safe manner with solid electrical safety knowledge and experience.
• Must be able to perform all required tasks with minimal instruction and little supervision.

• Two-year EE technical degree required, or equivalent work experience required
• 7+ years of custom panel building experience
• Experience with:
  Multimeter – resistance, current and voltage testing;
  Hand tools; MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screen

This role will start at $28.00 an hour.
