We are currently looking for a full‑time High School Outreach Representative. The High School Outreach Representative plays a crucial role in promoting Sullivan University’s educational offerings by conducting engaging presentations at high schools. This position aims to generate inquiries and interest among high school students to encourage enrollment in the University’s programs.

Some Evening And Weekend Hours May Be Required. Responsibilities
  • Engage with high school students and educators to promote Sullivan University and its educational offerings.
  • Contact, schedule, and conduct all presentations in an assigned territory, using a multimedia presentation and supporting materials.
  • Identify students in classes where they make presentations that may have a strong interest in SU programs.
  • Collect inquiries and contact information from interested students for follow‑up by admissions staff.
  • Communicate all “hot” leads (those prospects who, based on the Representative’s discretion and judgment are candidates for admission) to the assigned Admissions Representative providing the prospective student’s contact information and any additional pertinent data.
  • Update and manage the CRM system daily to report on progress toward approved marketing plan, scheduled class bookings and input visits, presentations, and senior inquiry production.
  • Represent the University in a positive light and uphold its values and standards.
  • Keep current knowledge of presentation information, statistics, and industry/program data.
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards as this position is such that the High School Outreach Representative is entrusted to run their territory without supervision with honesty and integrity.
Additional Responsibilities When Classes Are Not In Session
  • Assist with campus events and summer camps.
  • Assist with student recruitment and retention.
  • Assist with production of educational or marketing materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years of recruiting, staffing, or higher education admissions experience (preferred).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of academic programs offered by the school.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends and to travel throughout assigned territory and to SU campuses.
  • Ability to function efficiently and utilize good time management skills in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
  • Ability to effectively utilize a computerized lead tracking and data management system, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to hear and speak well enough to communicate with students, visitors, faculty, and staff face to face and via the telephone.
  • Ability to maneuver about the facilities of high schools within assigned territory.
