Program DescriptionThe JCPS Department of Diversity, Equity and Poverty is currently seeking currently employed JCPS full-time teachers to serve as teacher and instructional assistant during the Spring Lit and After school Program at Eisenhower Elementary. This program will be twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
Responsibilities- Assist in facilitating activities with students and community mentors.
- Mentor and develop relationships with students facing barriers to education.
- Receive support and recognition from school and district administrators.
- Receive resources and instructional materials needed to utilize during the program.
- Participate in a two hour training in-person or virtually.
- Have fun with students who may otherwise not have the opportunity to experience this type of programming!

DatesTuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
Times4:30pm to 6:30pm. Individuals selected must work the entire program.
