Role and Responsibilities- Developing and coaching a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
- Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, strategies for designing engaging learning experiences, and solutions for common obstacles
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student participation and outcomes
- Personally coaching a small student group, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Creating lesson plans – Guides facilitate student learning via adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to become outstanding facilitators
- Compromising on standards – when our benchmark is 100%, maintaining that expectation is your responsibility
- Conducting monotonous training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coach a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.
Basic Requirements- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years working in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, training initiatives, or curricula
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with proven success building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
- Background working with youth aged 5-18 in educational or developmental settings
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement

Las Vegas, NV;
Atlanta, GA;
Spotswood, NJ; or Park City (Salt Lake City), UT - Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, visit
