Plastic and Reconstruction Surgery - Louisville, Kentucky

Join a rapidly expanding Plastic and Reconstruction Surgery practice with Baptist Health Louisville Hospital. Clinical breadth includes a high volume of breast reconstruction (three employed breast surgeons with excellent internal referral patterns), general plastic surgery including body contouring after weight loss, wound reconstruction, and cosmetic surgery. Current budget approved for one APP per provider.

• Full clinic staff in place, including front desk, team lead, RN, MA and scheduler
• Clinic equipped with POC Ultrasound, microneedling, PRP, Laser (ER-Glass and IPL), a dedicated aesthetic treatment room and a dedicated procedure room
• No ER call required, but available with compensation if interested.
• Will split practice call between surgeon partners with APPs included for primary call
• Blocked OR time at the main hospital and nearby outpatient surgery center, often as flip rooms with the breast surgeons
• Opportunity to participate in first-assist pool for surgical case coverage
• Excellent support team
