Compensation: $260,000 - $320,000 Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and PTO.

Job Description for
Medical Doctor (MD) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF):
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Director to oversee and direct medical activities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. The opening is in the greater Louisville, Ky. The expectation is for the MD to see 2-3 facilities.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Lead and support medical staff; develop policies and procedures
- Oversee program development and represent the organisation in the community
- MD/DO with active board certification
- Strong clinical background with proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of care
