Education:
Hygienists with over one year of employment may seek reimbursement for courses up to $250/year - Company-provided certification trainings: CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc. The company will reimburse eligible training/testing expenses for certifications.
Our Hygienists deliver direct dental care and support to patients under the supervision of a dentist and support office operations.
- Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient
- Perform procedures like scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride applications, under dentist supervision
- Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for Same Day Care
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
- Assess dental conditions and review medical histories
- Adhere to all regulations and standards
- Guide patients and parents through treatment processes
- Assist with charting and take x-rays as needed
- Create memorable patient experiences with compassion
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands-on assessment (required upon hire)
