• Salary: $83,200 – $93,600 per year (annualized base salary plus incentive earnings for full‑time schedules)

• Create and implement patient care plans in partnership with the dentist using AAP guidelines
• Manage treatment schedule to provide comprehensive care and patient education
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
