Ceramicist: In-Person Dental Lab Technician

We’re hiring a Ceramicist. No prior ceramic experience is needed—we provide full training. Ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of dental lab experience who want to specialize in one of the most in-demand areas of dental technology.

• Learn to fabricate restorations and perform ceramic work (layering, staining, glazing)
• Read and interpret dental prescriptions (RX forms) accurately
• Follow lab protocols and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with the team
• Maintain organized, clean work areas
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development

• Minimum 2 years of dental lab experience (any department)
• Basic knowledge of dental lab products and workflows
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to read dental prescriptions (RX forms)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Experience with ceramics or implants
• Familiarity with digital design software (exocad, 3
  
  Shape)
