We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part‑Time Dentist to join our mobile care team in Louisville, KY
. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in senior and underserved communities. CMC manages all equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, allowing you to practice dentistry without the overhead or administrative demands of a traditional office.

• Provide routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and basic restorative procedures
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions commonly seen in geriatric patients
• Educate patients and facility staff on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Ensure patient comfort and safety in a facility‑based care environment

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Kentucky dental license
• Experience In Geriatric, Long‑term Care, Or Mobile Dentistry Preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various care settings

• 2–3 days per month
• Weekday availability preferred
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
