Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Louisville, United States location! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused individual to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for our valued customers.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately in a fun and exciting environment
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace for both team members and customers
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality products consistently
- Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast‑paced work environment
- Utilize advanced technology and equipment to process orders efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts
- Assist in inventory management and organizational tasks
- Operate various equipment within the store
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer‑focused mindset
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Problem‑solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and desire to contribute to overall success
