Position OverviewAs a Mobility Specialist, you will be the face of Metropolis Parking at Jewish Hospital, assisting customers with parking technology and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining parking lot safety and appearance, issuing violations when necessary, and supporting daily property upkeep.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- High school diploma or GED preferred; not mandatory.
- Parking industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to operate mobile devices and parking technology.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Maintain a neat appearance and wear a uniform as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
